Adults

Each year, we offer opportunities for adults in our community to learn more about the Christian faith and to deepen their spiritual life. Below are the most recent offerings. Gatherings occur in our Parish Hall with plenty of space to socially distance following the 9:00 am service.. Please contact the church office for more information (st.stephens1838@gmail.com or 410-721-2881). All are welcome to attend and participate.

Lent 2023

St. Stephen’s will be offering a program of five Lenten discussions based on the NOOMA series by Pastor Rob Bell.  NOOMA is a series of short films that explore our world from a perspective of Jesus.   The name NOOMA comes from a phonetic spelling of the Greek word pneuma (πνευμα) meaning “wind,” “spirit,” or “breath.”

Since the study does not build on itself, each video is unique in its own message and content. Each week we will watch, discuss, and explore the video’s meaning and how it relates to our own Lenten Journey.

You can view the trailer for the first video we will be discussing here

The Program begins on Sunday, February 26th in the Parish Hall following the 9:00 am Liturgy
